    The Holiday Open House welcomes the holiday season with an array of holiday decorations and special deals from local businesses from 4-8pm. Following that, there is a special ceremony to light the tree at the Town Hall lawn at 8:15pm. The event will be held on Friday, Nov 20, 2015 at 4pm onwards.
  • Christmas at Mount Vernon

    Enjoy a classic holiday celebration at the residence of George Washington with chocolate-making demonstrations, 18th-century dancing and themed holiday trees. Meet Aladdin the Camel and tour the mansion's elaborate Christmas greenery and decorations.

    Festively decorated boats light up the sky along the Potomac River each year in a beautiful display of light and color. This year, as a new addition, the Waterskiing Santa will have a boat in the parade too. The event will be held on Saturday, Dec 5, 2015 from 4pm onwards.
  • Santa comes to occoquan

    Each year Santa arrives by boat at the Mamie Davis Park visiting children in Town Hall. The event begins with a sermon at Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church, following by a Town Blessing at Mamie Davis Park and a Town Holiday Party at Madigan's Waterfront Restaurant. Be there Sunday, Dec 6, 2015.
